App aims to assist family carers

As a partner of National Carers Week we're happy to let you all know about a new app called Jointly. Developed by Carers UK this app helps carers to communicate, coordinate tasks and share updates with family members and others involved in an individual's care.

Liam O'Sullivan, Executive Director of Care Alliance, says the main aim of the app is to improve communication between family carers.

The Jointly app is available to download for free on iPhone, iPad (iOS version 6.0 and above) and Android or through web browsers on computers, laptops and mobile devices.
