We are having a coffee morning on Monday 7th November between 11-12.30 at the Mosaic Centre opposite Shaws/Boots in Castlebar. This is just a catch up/informal occasion to see what you might like us to be doing, or supports that we need to establish here, or any ideas you might have that we could try out. David Lowther, Chartered Physiotherapist, will attend part of this meeting to answer any queries you might have. Tea/Coffee and cake provided. Please RSVP by Thursday 3rd November
