MS Ireland research programme is CLOSED

The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland encourages and promotes MS research as a way to improve understanding of the disease, leading to better treatments, interventions, strategies to manage the impact of the disease on a day to day basis, an enhanced quality of life and ultimately a cure for MS. Research is one of MS Ireland’s five strategic goals, based on feedback from people affected by MS.

MS Ireland’s 2015/2016 Research Programme is now open and will accept formal applications which follow our theme:

'Mindfulness and Meditation based interventions for people with Multiple Sclerosis which can improve the quality of life for people with MS'

This programme awards funding to time-specific research projects. Projects of up to €25,000 investment for two years will be considered for this call. (€25K in year one and €25K in year two).

It is our intention to apply to the MRCG/HRB Joint Funding Scheme.
