Dr Michelle Murphy

Dr Michelle Murphy is a Counsellor & Psychotherapist with 10+ years’ experience supporting individuals to build resilience, empowerement and connectedness within themselves and their world. Dr Murphy’s specialist area lies in the congitive and emotional impacts of individuals and families living with neurological conditions. She has worked in management roles in the Disability Sector for 10 years developing specialist neurological communtiy services and is a regular speaker at National and International events on the impacts of neurological conditions. Dr Murphy is also a Lecturer with IICP College.

About this Workshop

How often do we say or hear “I’m tired?” Fatigue associated with Multiple Sclerosis is much more than a feeling of tiredness and takes a real toll on our physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Self-management is the crux of this webinar. It will address the impacts of fatigue and will provide some strategies that can be incorporated into daily routines that may leave you feeling more energised. How we can learn to manage our fatigue can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing.
