Get Active with Our Daily Plank Challenge this March

MS Ireland is inviting you to get active doing the plank exercise challenge every day in March whilst raising vital funds for MS Ireland. The challenge can be done in one go or a few times to reach a total of just 3 minutes each day in March.

There are many great benefits to your health and fitness through doing planks on a regular basis. The plank exercise will help you strengthen your core muscles which is known to increase stability and improve your ability to perform daily tasks.

When you register and set up this great fundraiser, you will receive a Challenge Welcome Pack to help track your progress over March. Participants will be supported – and rooted for by the dedicated MS Ireland team and will have the opportunity to join a special Facebook group, where you can connect with other likeminded people who have joined the challenge.  

Your support will help us to continue to provide information, vital services and support to the Multiple Sclerosis community. We provide a wide range of specialised services and resources on a national, regional and local level, including our Regional Community Worker programmes for one-to-one support; physiotherapy; symptom management courses; newly diagnosed sessions and the MS Information Line.
