About the Fatigue Management Programme

FACETS is a group programme designed to support people with MS to manage their fatigue. It was developed by researchers at Bournemouth University and the Dorset MS Service at Poole Hospital in the UK. It is called FACETS (Fatigue: Applying Cognitive behavioural and Energy effectiveness Techniques to life Style). There is lots of evidence that shows that this programme is effective in helping people with MS manage their fatigue.

MS Ireland will endeavour to offer in-person OR online classes where a person expresses a preference. However, our ability to do so will depend on regional resources and adequate participants for each group.
