As a virtual fitness and fundraising challenge The May 50K can be completed anywhere, on your own in your local area and even in your home. Walk, run or wheel 50 km in May. By taking part, not only will you feel great, you’ll have the added bonus of knowing that by clocking up those KM’s you’re helping to fund life-changing MS research, improved access to treatments and support to people living with MS in your local community.
