A growing body of research has explored its applications in terms of managing various MS symptoms including fatigue, cognition issues, stress, depression and anxiety. Jon Kabat-Zinn, who is credited with establishing mindfulness as a mainstream practice, defines it as “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally”.
