Maynooth Students’ Union (MSU) host fundraising activities throughout the year for their chosen charity partner. Each year MSU Senate votes for a Charity to support and this year it is The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland (MS Ireland), who provide information, vital services and support to the MS community. Please help us raise as much as possible for this very worthwhile charity.
Bukky Adebowale, VP Student Life of MSU said; “It is a great privilege and opportunity to be able to fundraise on behalf of MS Ireland. With the current pandemic, our fundraising activities will have to adapt but Maynooth students have always supported our charity partners in the past we are sure they do the same this academic year. We look forward to students and staff coming together as one to raise money and awareness for this deserving charity. I'm so excited to gets this underway.”
Caitriona Hughes, Fundraising Manager of MS Ireland said of the partnership; “MS Ireland are absolutely delighted to be selected as charity partners for MSU for the coming year, and it was an honour to be chosen by MSU’s very own students. This year has been a difficult one for everyone, and we may face challenges in the weeks and months ahead, to have the support of such vibrant and dynamic third level institution behind us is a very welcome boost to everyone at MS Ireland. We look forward to working with the students at MSU and partnering with them on several exciting events they have planned in the year ahead.”
