New Constitution
A review of MS Ireland's Memorandum and Articles of Association was carried out during the year in order to update these documents to take account of the Companies Act 2014 and best practice. A copy of the new Memorandum and Articles of Association were sent to you (to be known collectively as the Constitution).
The Board has approved the New Constitution and it has also been approved by the Revenue Commissioners and the Charities Regulatory Authority. It now requires the approval of the members before it is accepted. At the AGM there are resolutions on the Constitution and members can attend the AGM and vote on them. Alternatively if you are unable to attend the AGM, please complete the proxy form that was sent to you.
