Do you experience difficulties with your memory, with attention, or with planning and organising things, that in some way affects your day to day life? Do you find that your mind feels a bit “foggy” at times, and that it takes you longer to think things through or process information? Is this having an impact on you, your family, your work?
RehabCare are running an 8 week programme, as part of a research project with the University of Birmingham, looking at cognitive rehabilitation for people with MS. Each weekly session will be on a one to one basis, for one hour, with a trained professional and will take place in a venue that suits you. The hope is that the programme will help you to find ways to overcome and improve cognitive problems.
