The Southern Regional Office will host an online six week fatigue management programme - FACETS - starting Tuesday 14th January 2025 from 11.30am to 1.30pm.
The FACETS programme (Fatigue: Applying Cognitive Behavioural and Energy Effective Techniques to Life Style) is based on a programme developed by researchers at Bournemouth University in the UK. There is lots of evidence that this programme is effective in helping people with MS manage their fatigue.
Commitment is required for the six weeks to ensure that you get the most out of the course.
MS Ireland North East Region would like to invite people living with MS in Co. Meath, to join them on a family trip to "The Arc", cinema in Navan, Co. Meath on Saturday 30th November at 10.30am to see the movie "Moana 2".
